DIY Wedding Package

(No Customization)

  • The Barn and surrounding outdoor ceremonial area

  • Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 125 guests

 

Thursday or Sunday: $2,000

  • Access to venue from 9am – 10pm

 

Saturday Only: $3,000

  • Access to venue from 9am – Midnight

 

Weekend (Friday–Saturday + 2 hours Sunday): $4,000

  • Access to venue from 9am – 10pm on Friday
  • Access to venue from 9am – Midnight on Saturday
  • Access to venue from 8am – 10am on Sunday for cleaning

 

 

Semi-Inclusive Wedding Package

(No Customization)

 

Includes the following:
  • Everything in the DIY Package
  • Full décor and professional decorator
  • Bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, and up to 5 bridal party bouquets & boutonnieres. (more flowers can be included upon request, pricing varies).
  • Set-up and tear-down of all decorations

 

Saturday Only: $5,500

  • Access to venue from 9am – Midnight

 

Weekend (Friday–Saturday + 2 hours Sunday): $6,500

  • Access to venue from 9am – 10pm on Friday
  • Access to venue from 9am – Midnight on Saturday
  • Access to venue from 8am – 10am on Sunday for cleaning

 All-Inclusive Wedding Package

  • The Barn and surrounding outdoor ceremonial area
  • Catering for up to 75 guests (does not include plates, napkins, or utensils)
  • Bridal bouquet & grooms boutonniere
  • 5 hours of photography
  • Full décor and professional decorator
  • Hair & makeup for bride only
  • Simple wedding cake with silk flowers
  • Set-up and tear-down

Saturday Only ALSO Includes:

  • Catering for up to 125 guests (does not include plates, napkins, or utensils)
  • Customizable event timeline
  • A Day-of Wedding Coordinator (manages event timeline)
  • Two-night stay at the Guest Retreat
  • Wedding party flowers up to 5 bouquets and 5 boutonnieres (more flowers can be included upon request, pricing varies)

Vendor pricing is not included in base packages and will vary depending on your selections. Final pricing is discussed after your in-person tour and depends on which services and vendors you choose (such as catering, décor, photography, etc.).

Booking Policy & Payment Terms

The 20% reservation fee is non-refundable and due at the time the Agreement is executed. It will be applied toward the total balance.

The remaining balance is due in full 90 days prior to the Event Date and becomes non-refundable at that time.

The $500 security deposit is due on the Event Date (check or cash only) and is refundable only if:

  • there is no damage to the venue
  • the venue is cleaned to the satisfaction of the venue owners
  • and all decorations supplied by The Barn are returned undamaged within three days from the event date

Reception-Only Rentals

Looking to host just a reception without a ceremony? We offer reception-only pricing for select days!

Sunday — $1,000

Saturday — $3,000 (Full base rate applies)

Due to high demand, reception-only bookings on Saturdays are the same as full wedding rentals.

Either Includes: indoor reception space, prep kitchen, tables & chairs for up to 125 guests, and outdoor access.

Small Event Rentals

Baby Showers, Wedding Shower, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Corporate Events

$75 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Total: $300 minimum

This rate includes setup and teardown time within your reserved four-hour block.
There is no deposit required, but full payment is due at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel, your payment is fully refundable with notice.

This offer is available exclusively on Sundays.
