CORPORATE EVENTS, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, DINNER PARTIES, SHOWERS, FAMILY REUNIONS
Host your next event at The Barn for just $250.00, covering a four-hour block. This offer is available exclusively on Sundays or Saturdays (note: Saturday bookings are only accepted if made no more than 30 days prior to the event). Additional time for set-up and breakdown is available at $75/hr. We provide a variety of tables and chairs – check our Amenities tab for the full list. For more details or specific requests, feel free to contact us.
BOOKING POLICY
A signed contract and a deposit of 20% of the total rental fee are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance of your rental fee will be due 30 days prior to your event. A security deposit of $500 is required the day of your event, payable by cash or check only. This deposit is 100% refundable, provided there is no damage to the venue, it’s cleaned, and all decorations are returned as received.
