Absolutely! We provide twenty 12-foot benches, each comfortably seating approximately eight people. This means you can easily arrange comfortable seating for up to 125 guests for your outdoor ceremony.

No need for worry! Our newly installed covered pavilion ensures you can still have an outdoor ceremony, rain or shine. Alternatively, you can choose to hold your ceremony inside The Barn reception hall, which features majestic 10-foot decorative iron windows and a unique, custom-made fireplace. Whether it's your initial choice or a back-up plan, the price remains unchanged!

The Barn itself does not necessitate the presence of security personnel. However, should you wish to arrange for additional safety measures, you're welcome to organize your own security detail at your own expense.

Our indoor reception area comfortably accommodates up to 125 guests. Should your guest list exceed this number, additional outdoor seating for up to 40 more guests can be arranged in our outdoor space.

Absolutely not! Beyond the 20% reservation fee and final payment, the only additional requirement is a $500 security deposit. This deposit should be paid by cash or check only on the Event Date. Importantly, this security deposit is fully REFUNDABLE, provided that there's no damage to the venue, the venue is cleaned to The Barn's satisfaction, and all decorations supplied by The Barn are returned undamaged.

Absolutely! If you opt for our Diamond package, you can indeed host both your rehearsal and the accompanying dinner at The Barn. The venue is available for your use on Friday night until 10pm.

Indeed, we do! If you choose the Pearl add-on package, we will provide all the decorations for your event. Additionally, we also offer decoration rental packages for your convenience.
