Reception-Only

Looking to host just a reception without a ceremony? We offer reception-only pricing for select days.

Sunday — $1,000

Saturday — $3,000 (Full base rate applies)

Due to high demand, reception-only bookings on Saturdays are the same as full wedding rentals.

Small Events

Sundays Only

Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Corporate Events

$75 per hour (4-hour minimum)

$300 minimum total

  • This rate includes setup and teardown time within your reserved four-hour block
  • No deposit required
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking
  • If you need to cancel, your payment is fully refundable with notice

Off-Peak Savings

Guest Retreat

Included with Saturday All-Inclusive or Available Separately for $125 per Night

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our Guest Retreat! A one-night stay is included with our Saturday All-Inclusive Wedding Package, but you can also book the Guest Retreat separately for just $125 per night, subject to availability.

Reservation

The 20% reservation fee is non-refundable and due at the time the Agreement is executed. It will be applied toward the total balance.

Payment Plan

The remaining balance is due in full 90 days prior to the Event Date and becomes non-refundable at that time.

Security Deposit

The $500 security deposit is due on the Event Date (check or cash only) and is refundable only if there is no damage to the venue, the venue is cleaned to the satisfaction of the venue owners, and all decorations supplied by The Barn are returned undamaged within three days from the event date.

Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be added to All-Inclusive Packages and Customizable Packages containing taxable services, as required by Texas law. Applicable tax will be shown in your quote before booking.
